International Sales Manager

You are a true ambassador for the Panels portfiolio in the South-European/Balkan markets. Next to nourishing existing client relationships (distributors), we count on you to grow our customer base and increase the sales in your region. Like an explorer, you conquer new grounds and define the right strategy for business development.

The challenge

Next to travelling 50% of your time, you touch base with your colleagues in our offices in Menen. You report to the Sales Director BU

Flooring.

We expect you to manage the Key Accounts, who are distributors of our veneer panels.

Maintaining a strong relationship and offering a product portfolio with added value are the secrets to achieving strategic growth in revenue. With your in depth technical knowledge of the product, you can answer all the clients’ questions. You cooperate closely with the internal sales officer to follow-up on requests, calculations, sales orders and actual deliveries.

Pro-actively communicate with the customer and take action to solve the problem.

In order to expand our territory, you translate management decisions into your commercial action plan and you hunt for new opportunities. You identify ways to develop the business and draw the plan for route-to-market.

You report your findings and successes in a structured way, always keeping the overall strategy in mind.

You collaborate closely with your colleagues from Sales, Product Development & Marketing.

The profile

• You have a higher educational degree with at least 5 years of experience in a commercial role, where you developed the business in a strategic way.

• You manage your region autonomously and take ownership.

• You are extremely result-oriented and hunt for opportunities, without losing your authentic style.

• Experience in veneer, decorative panels or the interior business (B2B) would make us very excited!

• You are fluent in English and score extra points by having knowledge of Dutch, Russian or German.
